05 / USING THE MARK
Do
- Give the mark clear space equal to half its height.
- Place it on ink or on snow. Those are the grounds it was built for.
- Keep the dawn light on the east face, shadow on the west.
- Use the full mark down to 16px. It still reads.
Don’t
- Recolour the facets or change the dawn light.
- Rotate, skew, stretch, or add shadows and glows.
- Set it on busy photography. Use a solid ground.
- Use pure black or pure white. Always ink or snow.
